We shouldn't toot our own horn but in this instance I believe it is more than appropriate. Jim Cawley and his nephew Rick Cawley have shepherded Dynamax Medicine Balls for over a decade with little help from me, and done just an outstanding job. To be recognised as one of Austin's premier health and fitness entrepreneurs is an honor. I just want to say these guys have stuck to the mission and never wavered.
