Tuning up and trimming down

Support base is always relative to gravity. While performing the Mule Kick the shoulders and upper back serve as the support base. This exercise is a plyometric exercise and can be performed with each leg or both. But, it can only be considered a Mule Kick with both legs because of the hip extension that must take place, i.e. kick like a mule.
