Second Thursday! Second Year Around!

Well Second Thursday came and went without too much fan fair. Stephen and I had a great workout with the BBB (Bruce's Black Ball - 4kg or 8.8 lb.s). Where was Robert? We will catch him next week.
Josh Beckett pitches for the Boston Red Sox; watch for him this years playoffs. Checkout that medicine ball he is using. It's a Dynamax medicine ball, only the best for the best.
